The prompt changes to “wmic:root\cli”
Afterwards, you have two options to do, choose one of them or try them both:

A list of programs installed on the target computer will appear in the command prompt after a short while.

It may take a few seconds to create the list based on the number of installed programs. When the list is complete, you will revert to the wmic:root\cli prompt.
You can close the command prompt now.
Later on, open your file explorer, or type file explorer in the search box, if you can’t find it.
