➤ Islamic Society of Central Florida
Islamic Society of Central Florida and the Muslim Social Services operate a free health clinic for low-income individuals without health insurance in partnership with the Florida Department of Health, the first Saturday of each month.
This service includes initial medical services (internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics) and physician referrals (extensive medical procedures, x-rays, laboratory tests, prescription medications).

➤ Nemours Children’s Hospital
Nemours Children’s Hospital is a hospital built for families by families providing central Florida with the best health care, prevention and research for children.
This clinic offers a free mobile clinic with wellness check-ups and vaccinations for uninsured children up to the age of 17 years to ensure that they receive the best possible health care.
If you are a parent or guardian of an uninsured child and your family income is 200% or less of the federal poverty line, book an appointment for your child by calling 4076507715.
That mobile clinic will be held on Saturday, March 6th, 2021, on the Hawthorne Avenue campus of the Hope Community Center.

➤ The Lazarus Free Medical Clinic
The Lazarus Free Medical Clinic is a clinic operated by Catholic Charities of Central Florida in partnership with San Pedro de Jesus Maldonado Mission to provide health care granted by the Florida State Department of Health.
This free clinic assists individuals and families in Sumter, Lake and Marion counties who have experienced a loss of employment or insurance by providing free medical exams, prescriptions and referrals for treatment.
This service is available by appointment only.
